Air Fit Velvet Tint Review

So there it goes guys. I will be reviewing another lip tint today. Well, Charis sent me this product and I'm so excited to tell you about it. I couldn't  thanked them enough for such an opportunity. So, let's start.

This lip tint is no other than "Black Rouge Air Fit Velvet Tint". Photo shown below.

Just look at the box guys. It has a holographic line on the sides which makes it look classy yet simple.

The packaging does not have much writing on it. I don't see any PAO (Period After Opening) icon. It contains 4.5 grams of tint.

The Black Rouge Air Fit Velvet promise:
1. Vivid Coloring
2. More Lightly Tender
3. All Day Long Lasting

Just right on top there is a sticker that was used as a seal with the shade # of the product.

Opening the box, this is what you'll get. 

A simple yet elegant looking frosted glass or tube of lip tint with a metallic red lid.

The applicator is an air tip which perfectly fit on one's lips. They said that the secret of the tip was the central  air passage that  enters and completes a lighter  and smooth touch. 

This lip tint has 7 shades available and I was given a chance to choose 1 shade. I selected the A04. Raspberry syrup shade.

Now let's try swatching the product on my arm. Look how pigmented it is. In just one glide you'll have this color payoff.

I let it dry for a few minutes and dabbed it with a tissue paper just a little.

I tried to wiped it hard with the tissue paper. See how the pigment looks.

I'm quite not satisfied so I decided to wiped it completely with a tissue paper. Isn't it amazing, how the color remains? It still looks good huh!??

Now I decided to wash it off with water and this is how it looked like...I intendedly wiped it off on a running water...But look guys the stain is still there... Oh! I'm loving this lip tint.

This time I want to show you how it performs on the lips. Showing you half side of my lips. I slightly put the tint and spread it using my lips alone by rubbing my lips together.. Look how it creates a gradient look which somehow a full lip.. But naaa ahhh, it isn't yet... (Please excuse the pores on my face)

Now, showing you the full lip. See how the tint's pigmentation is? You can't ask for more.

I dabbed it with tissue paper. Here's how it looks like.

I'm still not satisfied Besh. So, I'm completely wiping it off. Isn't it just "WOW"?

They said that  after 5 hours even after wiping off the product, the stain will remain. I can say a big "Yes, it's true".

Just look at the remains of the product on my lips. This isn't 5 hours yet and I did a complete wiped off already. What more if it was just naturally fading.

With the shade that I got. It smelled like raspberry. So sweet. I can't complain, it does smell but I don't feel the taste of one. Which for me is good.
The container is perfectly made to be as simple yet elegant tint. I like it.
During the first stroke, OMG I felt the easiness of application using the air tip applicator and guys it's true that it is smooth and super lightweight  to the lips. It has matte finish but doesn't dry your lips. A big plus, it is long lasting. The color payoff guys, it is amazing! With the vivid coloring that will make you stand out the crowd even with just the lip tint alone on your face. You can also use it as a cheek tint but I haven't tried yet. Overall guys, rating 1-5, I would rate it as 5 in all honesty. How I just wish that there will be nude shades because this kind of tints are more on orangey colors.

Airy Ink Velvet Lip Tint from Peripera

Are you a lip tint addict? If you do, then you are on the right place because I will be sharing with you a review of a lip tint product from PERIPERA. First of, I want to let you know that by any chance this is not a paid blog of the brand. It's my first time using this product and I am so excited to see for myself if it is really good. I've seen a few videos about the lip tint and it's my time to share my pure and all honest experience with the product. So, are you ready? If it's a yes, then you can continue reading. :)

Just a little overview, PERIPERA is a Korean make up brand for young girls since 2005 with fun, pop, trendy images of "Instant Beauty". It was created under the umbrella of Club Clio. 

Enough said, the product name is "Airy Ink Velvet Lip Tint". The tag line says "Velvet Petals On Your Lips!".  I got this lip tint for free from Charis. You might wonder what or who Charis is. I will be making a separate vlog/blog about them in the future. Going back,  I was given a chance to choose 1 shade out of the 10 shades available ...

...and I selected the Airy Ink Velvet in the shade Legend Brown Red. 

This lip tint was awarded as Olive Young's Best-Selling Tint of 2017 which sold 700,000 in 2 months and over 3 million as of January 2018. So, how does that sound? Are you convinced that it's one of good pick?

Packaging:

It comes in a box like this.

The box has the product name in front of it and on top you will see the name of the shade.

At the back you will know more about the product but it was written in Korean. 

At the same time you will also see the PAO (Period After Opening) icon that shows you can use it for 12 months plus the content was 0.08grams or 0.28oz. 

The bottle itself is a frosted glass with a dropper like black lid. It does not have much details on it that makes it so simple. 

It has a small bended doe foot applicator that makes it easier to apply on lips.

Smell : 
The product smells like rose petals actually it is velvet petals. It's like those scented candles that when lighted the aroma covers the whole room and it does taste like petals.

Texture : Once the product touches your lips, It feels so soft or smooth. Unlike other lip tints that feels like watery and gel like that dries out the lips. This one doesn't. It's not sticky.

Price : Original retail price is  P650 but you can get it here  http://hicharis.net/applediosolozada/924 for the price of P450 only..

Performance : I tried it as cheek tint and the shade looks good.  The color pay off was impressive. It was good I liked it however the longevity of the product on my lips was not that long.

My final verdict? I like the lip tint because it's so soft to the lips, lightweight, doesn't dry your lips. The color payoff was good. Applying it as gradient or full lips is perfectly good. The scent though, it was not that impacting its just that I can really taste the petals which to me is not that okay.  Using it as cheek tint was okay at first application but once you wipe on it or top it with powder it fades right away. It does look good on the cheeks actually as long you put it on top of the rest of your makeup. Overall I still like it and I have rated it as 5 on my video here

  But now I guess it would be a 4 because of the scent and the longevity is not that impressive. Not a big deal though. I think I can also consider it as MLBB (My Lips But Better) lip tint.

Last May 9,2018, I got a package and I wasn’t sure who it came from. It does not have any sender info on it. As seen on photo below.

When I opened the package, here's what I got.

A box full of items on it.

Wow! I was surprised and happy. I got a product from a certain brand for free. Yes! It’s totally free. 

Let me show you each that’s inside.

A beads. I don't know what for.

A small gold pouch.

A bigger transparent pouch with handle.

A flier of Megan.

A Megan headband. 

Which is used to put your hair away from your face. 

And of course the product itself. 

The Megan Peel Off Gel Mask with Gold Collagen.

Megan Peel Off Gel Mask with Gold Collagen is distributed by Lifestrong. This product comes in a 10g sachet that can be purchased at any 7/11 stores nationwide. The cost of it is around 25-30 pesos only.

I’m not sure though if it comes on a tube.

Based on their packaging it says that it helps remove blackheads and rejuvenate skin. 

At the back you can see the directions on how to apply the product, the ingredients and etc.

Enough with the intro. Let’s start with our main goal on this blog post. That’s to try on this product😊.

First of, wash your face and let it dry.

Put on the Megan headband.

Open the sachet and put some of the product on your fingertips.

Spread it all over your face avoiding the eye area and your eyebrows.

Let it dry for 15-20 minutes or until it dries out.

Once dried peel off the mask gently.

What I have noticed on the product?
1. It's smells like a chemical used on a hair color but not too strong. The smell of glue is prominent.
2. It is sticky.
3. It is really gold color.
4. It dries out easily.

What i bought was the “Congrats” Berry Mask Sheet. 

For first time users it is the same as other facial mask that you put on your face. It’s a one whole face mask. The consistency of the syrum was like watery. It is not that sticky at all.It smelled fruity because what I got was the Berry Mask so i guess for the other types of this mask whatever the flavor is, it would also smell the same. Don’t worry it doesn’t stink to your nose. So you’ll be fine even if you may want to select the Snail Mask Sheet😀.Now for application,make sure to wash your face first. Then put the mask on your face and let it dry for 30 minutes.Check photo below for the actual mask application.

The mask itself was so thin and when it dries out the texture was more on like a wet wipes. When the mask was laid on my face it felt so relaxing and cool.The feeling that you  just want to lay down with it and sleep😂. Not knowing 30 minutes is done.It’s time to remove the mask. What I felt after was not that much of difference. Unlike other mask that you would feel that tightness of skin,this one doesn’t make you. The feeling was just natural and wet🤣.
